XK series gear speed reduceris a high-precision and hardened tooth surface transmission device. It is mainly used to achieve the conversion of power input and torque output, meeting the specific requirements of the rubber mixing process for speed and torque. The gearbox provides two transmission modes: single-axis power input and dual-axis torque output, or dual-axis power input and dual-axis torque output. The entire device uses cylindrical gears for deceleration. The input shaft is connected to the motor shaft through a coupling. Under the drive of the motor, the power is transmitted through the gear to the rotation shaft of the drum mixer for rubber grinding.
